Missing Person
- Date: 08/30/1982 (all day)
- Location: Pastime Bar
Escondido, California - Introduction: Synopsis: Rafael Moreno was last seen on August 30, 1982 at the Pastime Bar in Escondido. Rafael was in the company of three Hispanic males the last time he was seen. On September 1, 1982, Rafael's van was found in a field in Poway.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: 5’10”, 160 lbs, black hair, brown eyes, goes by alias of Chino.
