DESCRIPTION:<p>On November 23, 1990, the body of an unidentified female was found, down an embankment, off of Sunrise Highway at Mile Marker 33.5 in Mt. Laguna. During the autopsy it was determined that the victim, Felix Abarca (aka Laura), was in fact a male who was undergoing gender reassignment surgery. Laura was reported missing on November 18, 1990 and was last seen on October 17, 1990.
