DECEASED: Arthur Sharlan Hancock, 37-years-old
SUSPECT: Elias Ruiz, 32-years-old

The Medical Examiner's Office conducted the autopsy today and has identified the victim as thirty-seven-year-old Arthur Sharlan Hancock. He is a resident of Ramona. The victim's family has been notified of his death. The preliminary cause of death is gunshot wounds and the manner of death is homicide.
