Sheriff's Search and Rescue is looking for a missing man in Borrego Springs.

55-year-old James Richard Rawlins III was last seen just before 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, January 24th.  Family members say he was off-roading on his motorcycle in an area near Highway 78 and Yaqui Pass.  No one has heard from his since.

A photo of Rawlins and what his motorcycle may look like are included in this news release.

Rawlins stands 5'11" tall and weighs 200 pounds.  He has a goatee and was last seen wearing an all-black motocross gear and a black/silver helmet.

Volunteers with Sheriff's Search and Rescue are helping with the search due to the current weather conditions and rugged terrain.
