The Sheriff's Bomb/Arson Unit is investigating a house fire in Solana Beach.

It happened on Wednesday, February 10th just after 8:30 p.m. in the 300 block of Arcaro Lane.  Deputies from the North Coastal Sheriff's Station responded, as did firefighters from Solana Beach, Del Mar and Encinitas.

Deputies were the first to arrive on the scene and helped evacuate three people from inside the home.  The residents were taken to local hospitals to be treated for smoke inhalation.

Sheriff's Bomb/Arson Detectives responded to the scene and will determine the origin and cause of the fire.
