On 03-31-2021 at approximately 02:51 am, Sheriff's Deputies from the Poway Station responded to a call of a solo-vehicle rollover traffic collision at the intersection of Twin Peaks Road and Pomerado Road.  Upon arrival, the deputies discovered a single vehicle, a 2010 Honda Civic coupe, off of the south side of the roadway at the 14200 block of Camino Del Norte.  The Honda was traveling eastbound on Camino Del Norte and veered off the roadway and collided into a tree.  The driver and sole occupant of the Honda was pronounced deceased at the scene. 

The Sheriff's Traffic Accident Reconstruction team (S.T.A.R.) was called to the scene to assist in the investigation.  It is unknown at this time if alcohol was a factor in the collision.
