On July 30^th, 2025, a 24-year-old female went for an evening jog at the 1600 block of Hilton Head Road in the unincorporated area of El Cajon. After approximately 8:30 PM, an unknown suspect grabbed the female from behind by putting their left arm around the female's neck and chest to restrain her. The suspect proceeded to sexually batter the female. The female screamed and was able to run away from the suspect. The male fled the scene in the opposite direction. 

The suspect is described as a white male, in his mid-20's, approximately 5'6", 150 pounds, thin build and wearing a dark colored top, possible black hat, and wearing black flip flops running in the opposite direction. The unknown male had short, shaggy medium brown hair.

Agresión sexual – El Cajón (no incorporado)

Mujer en salida a correr sexualmente maltratada por un hombre desconocido 

El 30 de julio de 2025, una mujer de 24 años salió a correr por la noche en la cuadra 1600 de Hilton Head Road en el área no incorporada de El Cajón. Después de aproximadamente las 8:30 p.m., un sospechoso desconocido agarró a la mujer por detrás poniendo su brazo izquierdo alrededor del cuello y el pecho de la mujer para sujetarla. El sospechoso procedió a golpear sexualmente a la mujer. La mujer gritó y pudo huir del sospechoso. El hombre huyó de la escena en la dirección opuesta.

Los detectives están investigando activamente este incidente. Cualquier persona que tenga información sobre este incidente debe llamar a la Unidad de Agresión Sexual al (858) 285-6112 / fuera del horario de atención al (858) 868-3200.  Puede permanecer en el anonimato llamando a Crime Stoppers al (888) 580-8477.
