On July 29, 2021, at around 10:54 A.M., Deputies from the Valley Center Sheriff's Station responded to a report of an assault with a deadly weapon at 16975 Guejito Road in Valley Center.

The victim reported he and his neighbor have been in an ongoing argument regarding parking issues. Today, the victim parked his vehicle near the suspect's residence and another argument ensued. As the victim was moving his vehicle the suspect walked up to the victim's vehicle and fired a round, shattering the rear passenger side window.
