(3 PARTNER WORKOUT) PARTNER 1: 20 PUSH-UPS WHILE⬇️ PARTNERS: 2&3 HOLD LOW SQUAT POSITION UNTIL PARTNER 1 HAS COMPLETED THE 20 PUSH-UPS SWITCH NOW PARTNER 2 WILL IMMEDIATELY START THE 20 PUSH-UPS WHILE PARTNERS 1&3 HOLD THE LOW PLANK POSITION ONCE PARTNER 2 HAS COMPLETED THE 20 PUSH-UPS, THEY WILL IMMEDIATELY RETURN TO THE LOW SQUAT POSITION UNTIL PARTNER 3 COMPLETES 20 PUSH-UPS AFTER EVERYONE HAS COMPLETED THE ROTATING EXERCISE LISTED ON TOP OF THE PAIR, THEN MOVE DOWN THE LIST TO THE NEXT PAIR OF EXERCISES.
