NOTICE OF NON-DISCRIMINATION ON THE BASIS OF DISABILITY

(TITLE II, AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT)

The County of San Diego (COSD) and the San Diego County Sheriff's Office (SDSO) do not discriminate on the basis of disability in admission to, access to, or operations of programs, services, or activities, or in hiring or employment practices.

This notice is provided as required by Title II of the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) of 1990.

Requests for reasonable accommodation, concerns, complaints, or questions regarding access to programs, facilities, or services may be made to the SDSO ADA Unit and ADA Coordinator:

Complaints are reviewed promptly and fairly.

Phones are monitored Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or leave a voice mail message anytime.

Individuals who need auxiliary aids for effective communication in programs and services of the County are invited to make their needs and preferences known to the SDSO ADA Unit or ADA Coordinator.

This notice is available in alternative formats upon request to the SDSO ADA Unit.
